- What is Budquo and what does it do?
- Budquo is a platform for construction, promotion and architecture studies that helps you create and edit budgets, generate prices and breakdowns automatically, reuse your history and compare versions.
- What modules does Budquo include?
- Budquo consists of three modules that you can use together or separately: Purchase request, Budget analysis and Version comparator.
- How do I create my first database?
- From the sidebar, go to Databases. Choose whether to upload a structured database (Excel or CSV) or create it from budgets in Excel or BC3. With at least 1,000 items, the AI offers more accurate quotes.
- What formats does Budquo accept?
- We accept Excel, PDF, CSV and BC3. We recommend BC3 or Excel (Presto export) to maintain the hierarchical structure of the budget.
- How do I generate prices automatically?
- Right-click on a part without cost price and select 'Generate price'. Budquo indicates the confidence level based on whether it is based on your database or the default database.
- Are my databases private?
- Yes. Your databases are private for your organization and cannot be downloaded. They are used within Budquo to quote, search and decompose items.
